Vi observere allerede vores medarbejdere ved kassen, når de ekspidere gæsterne. Her har vi mulighed for at se om de gør alt hvad vi beder dem om i forhold til vores mystery shopper. Hvis de ikke gør det hele 100 % kan de være en mangel på motivation.

We observe already our employees at checkout, when the ekspidere guests. Here we have the opportunity to see if they are doing everything we ask them whether in relationship to our mystery shopper. If they don't do the whole 100% can be a lack of motivation.
