CT Offshore’s kvalitets mål og handlingsplaner udarbejdes og vedligeholdes i et samarbejde mellem ledelsen og Head of HSEQ og projektlederen og HSEQ.
I arbejdsdagen som helhed og i arbejdsprocesser og rutiner skal der til stadighed ske en udvikling, så opgaver gennemløber effektive forløb. Forløbene skal:
• skabe mest mulig værdi for samarbejdspartnere,
• bedre kvalitet i opgaven, og hvor der skal skabes et bedre fundament til faglige drøftelser, kreativitet, udvikling og innovation.
• Samtidigt skabes en sammenhængende arbejdsdag, hvor der kan holdes fokus på den enkelte opgave.

CT Offshore's quality objectives and action plans must be established and maintained in a collaboration between management and Head of HSEQ and project manager and HSEQ.
In the working day as a whole and in workflows and routines, there must be a constant development, so tasks through powerful gradients. Gradients: creating maximum value for

• better quality in the task, and where we need to create a better foundation for professional discussions, creativity, development and innovation.
