Quality objectives: Skibet har leveret forslag til 3 interne mål for 2014.
- Det er ikke klart afstemt hvem der skal holde øje med hvordan det går.
- Og et af målene er genganger fra 2013 det skal i den forbindelse undersøges om det skal være et forbedringsmål (og derved skal procentsatsen nedreguleres) eller det skal være et vedligeholdelsesmål.
- Desuden skal målopfyldelsen løbende kunne ses af skibet, så besætningen har en reel mulighed for at korrigere og følge målene og målet derved bliver nærværende for besætningen.

-This is not clearly aligned who should keep an eye on how things are going.
-And one of the goals is repeat from 2013 in this context, it should be examined whether it should be an improvement objective (and thereby to the percentage negative adjustments) or it must be a vedligeholdelsesmål.
-In addition to fulfilling its objectives on an ongoing basis could be seen by the ship, so the crew has a real opportunity to correct and follow the goals and goal thereby will be present for the crew.
