Jeg vil om nogle af de ting som jeg har opnået.

Jeg har sidste år været med til at få vores spend til at stige, Vi har arbejdet meget med mersalg, så det er fedt at se det virker og at vi kan påvirke kundernes køb.

Jeg har også arbejdet meget med mine medarbejdere. Da jeg startede i LEGOLAND var det kun 90% af medarbejderne i LEGO shoppen som var glade. i 2015 var 100% glade for at arbejde der, så det er godt at se at de tiltag jeg laver virker. Jeg er begyndt at holde små møder med dem, hvor vi snakker meget om deres motivation.

Jeg har også indført plangrammer i LEGOLAND. Det er hvor jeg på en computer kan planlægge hele butikkens opbygning. Det gør det nemt for medarbejderne at se hvordan de skal bygge de forskellige sektioner op. Vi spare også meget tid på at gøre det og det gør også at vi kan placere produkterne på den rigtige plads i forhold til indtjening og salg.

When I started in the LEGOLAND THEME PARK, it was only 90% of the employees of the LEGO Shop which was happy. in 2015 was 100% happy to work there, so it's good to see that the action I'm doing works.
