Da det er en lidt mere fin og formel supermarked end andre, de går meget op i kvalitet og har folk uddannet inde for forskellige specialiteter derfor er de i det blå segment. Oven i det går de meget op i økologi, dyrvelfærd og bæredygtighed hvilket gøre at de er i det grønne segment.
