Mange af jer tror sikkert, at i skal lave om på hele jeres liv for at blive bedre til at stoppe mad spild, men sådan er det ikke. Der skal faktisk ikke så meget til, for at man kan se ændringer i hvor meget vi smider ud. Hvis i alle sammen begyndte at følge nogle simple trin, såsom at planlægge hvad der skal købes på forhånd, lave den rette potion mad, så der ikke er noget til overs eller det mest simple trin, nemlig at købe hvad du ved du har brug for, og ikke alt det andet som du bliver lokket til at købe.
