Faktorer som vil få mig til at vælge denne stil:

Den vigtigste faktor er medarbejdernes performens. Hvis de performer dårligt, vil jeg gå til denne stil, da det er den bedste måde at få dem tilbage på sporet igen. Jeg giver selv rigtig meget feedback i løbet af en dag, da jeg selv ved hvor vigtigt det er for mig at få det fra min leder. Det er med til at medarbejderne ved hvor de står og ved hvad de selv kan gøre for at udvikle deres kompetencer.


En sådan leder vil påvirke arbejdsklimaet positivt; nu er det medarbejderen selv, der er i centrum. Stilen er relevant i situationer, hvor den enkelte skal forbedre sin indsats. Forudsætningen er imidlertid, at medarbejderen faktisk ønsker at flytte sig.
