Efter at jeg har arbejdet med de seks hatte, har jeg belyst problemet og løsningerne dertil på mange måder.
Jeg må indrømme at jeg personligt mener at mulighed to er den bedste løsning på problemet, da det er her der virkelig er mulighed for at præge motivationen. Så udfra de spørgsmål jeg har stillet mig selv, med de forskellige hatte på, vil jeg vælge mulighed nummer 2.
